Your order Failed or Canceled because your credit card was declined or the information you used when purchasing is incorrect or incomplete.
You can create a new order and pay with a different card. And make sure the phone number, full name, billing address are correct. Also, do not use VPN or other proxies when purchase.
Note: You will never be charged for a failed order. However, you may need to wait for the pre-authorized check to be voided.
When creating a credit card order, Awosoft will place an authorization check on your bank account. This happens automatically after every payment attempt to "save" the amount in case the payment is approved.
If the payment doesn't go through (if your order is canceled or failed), this authorization check will be voided, which means you will no longer see the charge in your account. This process can take up to 10 business days.
