How to cancel subscription or request a refund?

Do not request cancellation or refund for a FREE TRIAL of iKeyMonitor because it is 100% Free and we can't charge you automatically without your payment information.

Do not request closure of the account. The data in your account will be deleted automatically after the license is expired.

Free Trial is free which is not available to cancel because it is Free and won't be automatically renewed.

To cancel a subscription which was set to Auto-Renewal and paid by Credit Card or PayPal:

Go to Submit a request and provide the following Info:

• Order ID and Payment Method
  (Only Credit Card and PayPal support auto renew. No need to cancel the subscription if you didn't pay by Credit Card or PayPal.)
• Order Email
• License Key
• Device Type: e.g. iPhone 7 iOS 10.1.1 NO JAILBREAK
• The detailed Problem of using the App
